- Delivery timing: We highly recommend checking the Australia Post delivery estimator (linked here) (with postcode 3031 for reference) if you are ordering for a timely event.
- Standard, Express and International orders are packed and despatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday, and excluding Victorian Public Holidays and weekends, and depending on demand.
- Same Day Delivery is available to limited Melbourne postcodes, and is visible at checkout if your delivery address is eligible.
- For Same Day Delivery, order before 1pm, Monday - Friday, and excluding weekends and Victorian Public holidays.
- Order tracking details are automatically emailed to customers once the parcel is checked-in by the delivery service.
