Morgan & Taylor Online provides a return policy within Australia.
Unless otherwise specified, you can return any purchased items (excluding The Outlet items or Sample Sale Items) for an exchange.
Change of mind returns will not be accepted for items listed in our Sample Sale or Outlet Sale
For hygiene and health reasons returns will not be accepted for hair clips and scrunchies
Any item not listed in our Outlet section (whether sold at full price, during a promotion or on sale) will be exchanged or refunded if you send the item back within 7 days of the delivery date. Any returns outside the 7 day period will not be accepted.
To take advantage of this policy you need to ensure:
– The Exchange / Return Form (download one below) is correctly and completely filled out, and is signed and dated. This form should be returned to us, along with the product.
– For change of mind purchases, return postage must be paid by the purchaser.
– The purchased item(s) must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed and perfect condition, and must have all tags and branding still attached. Anything sent out in a box must be returned in a box. Fascinators and Hats get damaged in bags and therefore must not be returned in a bag. Any items returned with make up stains will be rejected.

Morgan & Taylor will not accept the return of any item(s) which we consider ʻusedʼ in any way. Please note, in such cases, the ʻusedʼ item(s) will be returned to you and you will be charged for any and all additional freight costs. Any returned item received with makeup stains will be rejected.
In the event of an item being exchanged, the replacement item will be sent free of any additional freight charges for the first exchange only. Freight charges on subsequent exchanges in relation to a specific original purchase will be paid by you.
In the case of an exchange / return, your purchase will be exchanged / refunded within 14 days. Morgan & Taylor is not responsible for delayed or lost packages being returned. Any returns received without an Exchange / Return Form or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Morgan & Taylor.
