SHIPPING
If I place my order today, when will it ship?
Orders placed by 11am AEST Monday - Friday (excluding Weekends and Victorian Public Holidays) will be shipped within 48 hours. However, please note that while we work fast to ensure your orders are sent ASAP, high demand during peak periods could adjust this timeline.

What are your shipping costs?
FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $75.00.
Alternatively, for orders under $75.00, Standard Shipping is $9.90.

FREE Express Shipping for all orders over $100.00
Alternatively, for orders under $100.00, Express Shipping is $15.00.

Where does my order ship from?
Your order will ship directly from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Victoria.

How long does shipping take?

Australia Post’s estimated delivery timings are helpful in understanding when to expect your order,and are found here.
We pack and send all orders within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays), from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
While we work fast to ensure your orders are sent out ASAP, delivery is managed by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order is checked in with Australia Post, and from there, you’ll be able to track your delivery as close as possible.

We ship worldwide.

IN-PERSON PICK-UPS
Our small Melbourne office & studio does not have the capacity to offer a click-and-collect service at this stage.
If you’re looking for a style and are pushed for time, we may be able to direct you to a nearby Morgan & Taylor stockist.

When will I receive my online refund/ exchange?
Once we receive your returned parcel we will assess it according to our policy. Should it be approved you will receive the refund within 1-2 business days.
For and exchange, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days to arrange your new order.

What size are your gloves?
Our gloves are one size fits all.
Our gloves are made with materials that allow for some stretch to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. The information regarding composition of your specific product will be listed in the product description.
Length (wrist to middle finger tip) = 22.5cm
Circumference (around knuckles on palm) = 17.5 cm

What size are your hats?
Women’s styles = 57cm circumference
*please note: certain styles feature an adjustable inner lining. If so, this will be disclosed in the product description section
Kid’s styles= 53cm (age 4-6)
55cm (age 7-14

MANUFACTURING
Where are your products designed and made?
Our products are designed right here in Melbourne, Australia. From there we liaise with our most trusted suppliers of the specific product in China. We work closely with them, monitoring the process and discuss every design and detailing choice throughout the process.

Each of our stockists have a varied selection of products from our range that is visible online. Therefore, we cannot guarantee they will have the style you are after. We recommend getting in touch with them directly to see what stock they currently have available.
