STANDARD SHIPPING - AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $75.00.
Alternatively, for orders under $75.00, Standard Shipping is $10.00

EXPRESS SHIPPING - AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
FREE Express Shipping for all orders over $150.00
Alternatively, for orders under $150.00, Express Shipping is $15.00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to New Zealand costs AU $15.00.
Shipping everywhere else (excluding the USA & Puerto Rico) costs AU $30.00.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA & PUERTO RICO
From Australia Post: As a result of recently announced changes to import tariffs for postal items sent to the US and Puerto Rico, Australia Post will temporarily partially suspend postal services to the United States and Puerto Rico, effective 26 August 2025 until further notice.
This response is in-line with action taken by numerous postal operators internationally.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER ARRIVE?
Australia Post’s estimated delivery timings are helpful in understanding when to expect your order, and are found here.
We pack and send all orders within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays), from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
While we work fast to ensure your orders are sent out ASAP, delivery is managed by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order is checked in with Australia Post, and from there, you’ll be able to track your delivery as close as possible.

IN-PERSON PICK-UPS
Our small Melbourne office & studio does not have the capacity to offer a click-and-collect service at this stage.
If you’re looking for a style and are pushed for time, we may be able to direct you to a nearby Morgan & Taylor stockist.
