Returns Process - Morgan & Taylor
1. Return your item to us (see address below), in the same delivery packaging (IE: cardboard hat box) it arrived in. If you no longer have the original packaging, send your item back in similar packaging to ensure your item is not crushed, or damaged during return transit.
2. Complete the Return Slip (linked here) and add it to your Return Parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, simply include your Order Number (EG: MT123456) in the Return Parcel and email (support@morganandtaylor.com.au) so we can keep you updated.
3. Once your Return Parcel has been delivered & checked-in by our team, we'll process a refund.
4. You'll receive a notification in your inbox once the refund is processed. The timing of your refund is dependent on the payment system you used at checkout - some payment systems are faster at processing refunds than others.
Returns Process - Marketplaces
If you ordered on a marketplace (EG: The Iconic, Myer, Amazon, David Jones) and not directly via our Morgan & Taylor website, you'll need to initiate a return via the marketplace, as we don't have access to your original marketplace order.

Product exchanges are no longer available as the exchange process is a time-consuming and arduous experience for our customers.
The quickest & easiest way to complete an 'exchange' is to simply return your original item for a refund via the usual return process (see above), and then place a new order for the 'exchange' item.
