Returns Process - Morgan & Taylor
1. Return your item to us (see address below), in the same delivery packaging (IE: cardboard hat box) it arrived in. If you no longer have the original packaging, send your item back in similar packaging to ensure your item is not crushed, or damaged during return transit.

2. Complete the Return Slip (linked here) and add it to your Return Parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, simply include your Order Number (EG: MT123456) in the Return Parcel and email (support@morganandtaylor.com.au) so we can keep you updated.

3. Once your Return Parcel has been delivered & checked-in by our team, we'll process a refund.

4. You'll receive a notification in your inbox once the refund is processed. The timing of your refund is dependent on the payment system you used at checkout - some payment systems are faster at processing refunds than others.


Returns Process - Marketplaces
If you ordered on a marketplace (EG: The Iconic, Myer, Amazon, David Jones) and not directly via our Morgan & Taylor website, you'll need to initiate a return via the marketplace, as we don't have access to your original marketplace order.

The quickest & easiest way to complete an 'exchange' is to simply return your original item for a refund via the usual return process (see above), and then place a new order for the 'exchange' item.

The band was very large and isn't adjustable to head shape, quite flimsy, the foil was bent and feels like it might break if pushed back into place. I believe a product of this price should be adjustable and have clips or combs to fix in place

Glamorous red headpiece

The headpiece arrived in a reasonable time the combination of silk flowers. And beading makes it very attractive my head is a bit larger and therefore the head band tends to be rather tight at the end where it hugs the head. I will buy some stick on felt circles used to protect furniture which will relieve this issue. Perhaps you might consider offering to include 2 of these when ordering Can’t wait to wear this lovely. I was so pleased when I opened the box, it looked just like the photo. I received so many compliments on Raceday. The colours in this piece make it so versatile. I wore it with red black and gold and the violet was a beautiful accent.
