DELIVERY TIMING
While we work fast to ensure your orders are sent out ASAP, delivery is managed by Australia Post. We pack and send all orders within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and Public Holidays), from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. Large or wholesale orders may take slightly longer to pack, depending on our team's capacity.
Order before 10am for same-day despatch, excluding weekends and Victorian Public Holidays. Same-day despatch is dependent on demand.
Orders are sent from our Melbourne warehouse, and delivery is managed by Australia Post.

We highly recommend checking these details ahead of placing your order, especially if you are purchasing for a timely event.

DELIVERY PROCESS
You will receive a tracking number once your order is checked in with Australia Post, and from there, you’ll be able to track your delivery as closely as possible.
Delivery is managed by Australia Post. If a purchase does not arrive by the date you need it, you're very welcome to return it for a refund, however, the return postage costs will need to be covered by you.
IN-PERSON PICK-UPS
Our small Melbourne office & studio does not have the capacity to offer a click-and-collect service at this stage.
If you’re looking for a style and are pushed for time, we may be able to direct you to a nearby Morgan & Taylor stockist.
We offer returns and exchanges for all Australian orders unless an item is purchased from a Sale, the Outlet or a Sample Sale.
RETURN & EXCHANGES

- We will cover the shipping costs to Return or Exchange a product that arrived damaged or incorrect (wrong item received, or mislabelled).
- For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept hair clips, scrunchies and face masks as returns or for exchanges.
- The returning item(s) must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all tags and branding still attached
- Return your item in the same delivery packaging (IE: cardboard hat box) it arrived in. If you no longer have the original packaging, send your item back in similar packaging to ensure your item is not crushed, or damaged during transit.
- We can't accept returns for used items. If a used item is returned, the refund request will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you, and associated shipping costs may also incur.
- We are happy to process refunds for 'change of mind', 'no longer needed', 'incorrect address added at checkout'* or 'did not arrive in time', however, the return postage cost needs to be covered by you.
- While we work hard to get every order out ASAP, delivery is managed by Australia Post, and we do not have control over their delivery timing or delays. See the Delivery Timings linked here.
- If a returned item is sent back without a completed form (as this includes your name & order number), we may not be able to complete your refund, as we don't have the information required.
- 'incorrect address added at checkout'* Only the customer can add or edit the delivery details during checkout. If you have input the incorrect delivery details, let us know, we'll attempt to update the address once the order is logged in our system, and before the parcel is despatched.
- In order for us to process a return, please send the item back within 7 days of your delivery date.
- Please download, complete, and include the Return & Exchange Form (linked here) when posting back the return item.
- Return your item in the same delivery packaging (IE: hat box) it arrived in. If you no longer have the original packaging, send your item back in similar packaging to ensure your item is not crushed, or damaged during transit.
- Once your return arrives and is checked in, we'll process your refund or exchange.
- If there is an issue with an item, please contact us at support@morganandtaylor.com.au, and we'll arrange return postage, free of charge.
- For requests relating to orders placed via a 3rd-party retailer (such as The Iconic or Myer), you will need to get in touch with the retailer directly, as we don't have access to the order details.
